Track & Manage: Agreement Milestones/ Commitments
IOUX users creating online agreements can also add, within their agreements, clearly worded deliverables from either side with specific dates of performance, known as Milestones. Based on selected criterion for such Milestones IOUX sends out auto reminders & alerts for expected actions/milestones in those executed contracts.
IOUX users are also allowed to flag conformity or the lack thereof in performance of said Milestones. The users can also evaluate each other and the performance of the contract based on the realization of these Milestones.
