IOUX Assistant

Privacy & Terms

How the IOUX assistant — our custom GPT on ChatGPT — handles your data, and the terms for using it.

This page covers the IOUX assistant, an official IOUX experience made available through OpenAI’s ChatGPT. The assistant provides general information about IOUX and how digital contract execution works. It is informational only and is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for executing documents on the IOUX platform or for advice from a qualified professional. Your use of the underlying IOUX services remains governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use; your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy.

Privacy

What we collect

The messages and details you choose to enter into the assistant. Where the assistant performs an action on IOUX systems on your behalf, the information you submit for that purpose is collected to fulfil your request. Conversations and standard technical data are processed by OpenAI, which operates ChatGPT.

Why we use it

To answer your questions about IOUX, guide you to the right service, and — only where you ask — help carry out operations on the IOUX platform. We do not use the assistant to make legal determinations on your behalf.

How long we keep it

Conversations are retained by OpenAI under its own privacy policy. Any information you submit to IOUX through the assistant is retained in line with our Privacy Policy — to meet legal and regulatory obligations and for legitimate business purposes.

How we share it

Conversations are processed by OpenAI as the platform that runs the assistant. Information submitted to IOUX is handled only as described in our Privacy Policy — with the service providers needed to deliver the service, and where permitted or required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices & deletion

You can delete your own conversations within ChatGPT. To access or delete information held by IOUX, email contact@ioux.in. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information, or the personal data of others without their consent, in the assistant.

Security & Aadhaar

IOUX stores and processes personal data in India, with technical and administrative safeguards including encryption and access controls. The assistant itself does not perform Aadhaar authentication or eKYC; those are carried out only within the IOUX platform, where IOUX does not store your Aadhaar number and biometric details are never stored or shared, in accordance with the Aadhaar Act, 2016.

Terms of use

Informational, not legal advice

The assistant provides general guidance about IOUX and digital contracting. It is not legal advice and does not create any professional or advisory relationship. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or acting on it. Anything you choose to execute should be completed on the IOUX platform, where the applicable safeguards and records apply.

Limitations & liability

The assistant is provided “as is”. IOUX does not warrant that responses are complete, current or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law accepts no liability for any action taken on the basis of them. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the assistant for unlawful purposes, to submit another person’s personal data without authorisation, or in any way that breaches our Terms of Use or OpenAI’s terms.
